Discover the Power of Your Skin & Lymphatic System

Within your body exists an invisible system cleaning up, sending vitality, and supporting your whole body so that you stay strong and vibrant.

That, my friends, is the lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system is the heart of your immune system.

It’s a vital circulatory system with an extensive network of vessels through the body. It’s your primary defense against bacteria, viruses and fungus.

Blockages of lymphatic system can happen due to stress such as illnesses, lack of exercise, exposure to heavy metals, surgery, pesticides.

The impaired lymphatic system can lead to cold, flu, sinus congestion, water retention, tender breast, cellulite, cancer and other chronic or life threatening conditions.

Every American has accumulated measurable levels of some thirty different toxic chemicals in their tissues.

In men, the inguinal nodes in the groin are the primary channel for releasing accumulated lymph from the prostate.

In women, the axillary nodes located in the armpit are the primary channel for releasing accumulated lymph from the breasts. Cellulite is often a result of blocked lymphatic fluid.

lymphatic skin brushing

Did You Know?

The skin is the largest organ of your body and plays a crucial role in eliminating toxins.

Skin brushing can significantly improve the function of your lymphatic system, aiding in the removal of excess waste and toxins while enhancing lymphatic flow beneath the skin.

The lymphatic system relies on movement and muscle contractions to circulate lymph fluid throughout the body because it doesn't have a central pump like the heart.

Regular physical exercise, deep breathing, and activities like walking, stretching, and skin brushing stimulate muscle contractions, which help push lymph fluid through the lymph vessels, ensuring it efficiently carries away toxins and supports immune function.

Without sufficient movement, lymph flow can stagnate, leading to potential health issues.

Restoring Lymphatic Health

By incorporating practices like skin brushing, you can restore and maintain the health of your lymphatic system. This simple yet effective technique helps stimulate lymph flow, promoting detoxification and enhancing your body's natural defense mechanisms.
